This is a late post, because my bridal shower was back in May. I still wanted to post a little something about it because it was a lot of fun and the food was so yummy!
Thank you to my awesome friends who coordinated and attended my party!
Don’t mind the construction in the background 😉 Ala Moana is going through some rennovations!
The Mermaid Bar is usually closed on Sundays, but private parties are allowed if you reserve it ahead of time. If I recall correctly, the minimum headcount needed to be about 20 in order to reserve the space. They rearranged the tables so everyone could sit together.
For food, there were 3 different prix fixe menus to choose from. Each of them had about 3-4 different entree selections. Orders needed to be placed prior to the private party. In my opinion, I selected the best one 🙂 haha!
Grilled Shrimp Salad with yuzu-papaya dressing. The shrimp was delicious! Loved these tomatoes!
Triology of Sorbet – lychee, mango and strawberry.
Everyone got started with the games, but then dessert arrived! Had to sneak a few bites. I love sorbet! 🙂
I really loved my outfit and hair/make up! Sorry, I don’t have a clear photo of my full outfit, but here are some details about what I’m wearing:
dress: Eliza J fit and flare from Nordstrom
shoes: Tory Burch wedges from Nordstrom
watch: Ballon Bleu de Cartier
